I retired from the corporate world in 2018 and turned my passion for art into a new chapter, building a studio in my garden in Herne Bay, Auckland.
I’m an avid fisherman and fish year-round, often heading out to the outer Hauraki Gulf on calm winter mornings, wrapped up against the cold with a thermos in my bag and a smile on my face.
The deep blues and greens of the Hauraki Gulf are a constant source of inspiration. So are the fish I catch and the experience of being out on the water. My art brings together my love of fishing, the ocean, and the natural beauty of New Zealand.
I create fish-inspired artwork and prints from my garden studio, and I’m delighted to ship my work to collectors and fishing enthusiasts around the world.
